Shared Tab: Cross References (CRM)
- When you enter a CRM record you have the option to associate / cross reference it with other Entities in the system.
- CRM records that have been cross referenced appear in the History tab corresponding to that Entity. Refer to Shared Optional Tab: History
- The contents of this tab can be Added, Changed and Deleted along with it's parent entity data.
- The user can click a row and navigate to the cross referenced record by clicking the Application tool-bar push button: GoTo>.

Cross References table: this is populated with the Cross References entered for the CRM record. Double click a row to populate the fields below the table for editing.
X-Ref: this is a drop down list of Entity types to cross reference with.
Entity: this is the Entity to cross reference with.
How Do I : Add a Cross Reference to link a CRM record to an Entity
- Click on the X-Refs tab.
- At the X-Ref drop down list, select an Entity type.
- At the Entity field, locate the Entity to cross reference the CRM record to.
- Click the Right Hand Side Application tool-bar push button: Add.
- Repeat these steps to add more Cross References.
- Click the Left Hand Side Application tool-bar push button: Change.
- Confirm that you wish to change the record.
How Do I : Modify an existing Cross Reference linking a CRM record to an Entity
- Click on the X-Refs tab.
- Double click the row in the Cross References table to change.
- At the X-Ref drop down list, select an Entity type.
- At the Entity field, locate the Entity to cross reference the CRM record to.
- Click the Right Hand Side Application tool-bar push button: Change.
- Repeat these steps to change more Cross References.
- Click the Left Hand Side Application tool-bar push button: Change.
- Confirm that you wish to change the record.

- Click on the X-Refs tab.
- Double click the row in the Cross References table to change.
- Click the Right Hand Side Application tool-bar push button: Delete.
- Repeat these steps to delete more Cross References.
- Click the Left Hand Side Application tool-bar push button: Change.
- Confirm that you wish to change the record.
How Do I : Navigate to a Cross Referenced Entity
- Single click the row in the Cross References table to navigate to.
- Click the Application tool-bar push button: GoTo>.
